Abstract:
A flow control valve, comprising: a valve body (21), wherein a valve seat portion (211) is provided in the valve body (21), and a valve port (112) is formed in the valve seat portion (211); and a valve core (12), wherein the valve core (12) can move in an axial direction to open or close the valve port (112), and the valve core (12) is internally provided with a pressure equalizing passage (121), which communicates the valve port (112) with a back pressure chamber (14). The valve core (12) is provided with a lower end portion (222), which is substantially cylindrical, and a tapered hole (223) is formed in the valve core (12), wherein the tapered hole (223) forms a part of the pressure equalizing passage (121); and the bottom end of the tapered hole (223) is located on a bottom plane (224) of the lower end portion (222), and the ratio of the diameter of the bottom end of the tapered hole (223) to the diameter of the lower end portion (222) is greater than 0.88. In the present application, the tapered hole (223) is provided in the valve core (12) of the flow control valve, wherein the tapered hole (223) forms a part of the pressure equalizing passage (121), and the bottom end of the tapered hole (223) is located on the bottom plane (224) of the lower end portion (222) of the valve core (12). By means of the configuration of the dimensions of the tapered hole (223), the pressure distributed at the lower portion of the valve core (12) is equalized, so as to balance fluid pressures at the back pressure chamber (14) and the valve port (112).
