Abstract:
Disclosed is a cassette module (19, 29, 319, 419, 59, 69) for a differential flow meter, said cassette module (19, 29, 319, 419, 59, 69) forming a first duct (16, 216, 316, 611, 615) and a second duct (17, 217, 317, 610, 616) which conduct fluid during operation of the differential flow meter. The cassette module is characterized in that any geometrical deformation of the ducts caused by a difference in temperature between the ducts (16, 216, 316, 611, 615, 17, 217, 317, 610, 616) is minimized or prevented. Also described is a differential flow meter comprising the disclosed cassette module (19, 29, 319, 419, 59, 69).
