Abstract:
A flue gas wet desulfurization device, comprising a desulfurization tower (1), wherein a gas intake pipeline (2) is provided at the bottom of the desulfurization tower (1), a gas output pipeline (3) is provided at the top thereof, a gas gathering mechanism (4) is fixedly connected to the gas intake pipeline (2), the gas gathering mechanism (4) comprises a gas gathering cover (41), the gas gathering cover (41) is fixedly connected to the gas intake pipeline (2) by means of a support (42), a gas gathering ring (43) is fixedly connected to the center of the gas gathering cover (41), and an inner side of the gas gathering ring (43) is serrated; and the desulfurization tower (1) is provided with a spray pipe (5) in a communication manner, a plurality of spray heads (6) are provided below the spray pipe (5), and a crushing device (7) is mounted in the spray head (6). The flue gas wet desulfurization device can ensure that slurry is in full-contact reaction with a gas, and the spray head (6) cannot be blocked by solid matter in flue gas during the process of long-term use, such that the desulfurization efficiency is higher.
