Abstract:
To Provide a novel fluid cell type mattress which can effectively ensure good sleeping and prevent bed sores with a simple structure. Provided is a fluid cell type mattress (10) comprising support cells (28) each having a fluid chamber (52) formed therein and capable of extending and contracting in a vertical direction, wherein the support cell (28) includes a lower cell portion (30) and an upper cell portion (32) arranged on the upper side of the lower cell portion (30), a connecting portion between the lower cell portion (30) and the upper cell portion (32) is made in a constricted shape and the upper cell portion (32) can tilt relative to the lower cell portion (30), the internal space (34) of the lower cell portion (30) and the internal space (40) of the upper cell portion (32) communicate with each other through a communication hole (50) to form the fluid chamber (52), and in the support cell (28), a plurality of the upper cell portions (32) is arranged side by side in the longitudinal direction of the lower cell portion (30).
