Abstract:
A fluid-dispensing nozzle (10) including a nozzle body (12). A discharge tube (26) is disposed in the nozzle body (12) and has a plurality of cam grooves (28). The nozzle (10) further includes a rotatable flow control (32). A pin (30) is coupled to the flow control (32) and rotatably engages a select cam groove (28) such that rotation of the flow control (32) causes the pin (30) to rotatably slide in the select cam groove (28), causing the discharge tube (26) to move linearly. A first and a second insert ( 40, 46) are coupled to the nozzle body (12), the first insert (40) having a cam slot (42).
