Abstract:
Provided is a fluorescent D-type amino acid metabolism marker-based method for detecting an antibacterial drug sensitivity test. According to the method, the fluorescent D-type amino acid metabolism marker is used to mark a bacterial solution obtained by means of mixing and incubating with an antibiotic solution, so that the minimum inhibitory concentration of an antibiotic can be obtained by means of detecting the fluorescent signal intensity of the bacterial solution.
