Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a fluorescent probe for ALDH3A1 detection which can be used in a flow cytometer applicable to living cells.
[Solution] A compound represented by general formula (1) or a salt thereof, in HPLC chromatogram measured under the following conditions, the retention time of said compound in an aldehyde form being longer than 6.9 minutes and the retention time of said compound in a carboxylic acid form being not longer than 6.9 minutes.
