Abstract:
A fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo for monitoring two-dimensional pH values, a fluorescent sensing film, and an application, relating to the field of monitoring two-dimensional pH values. The fluorescent sensing film for monitoring two-dimensional pH values is prepared from a fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo, and in the preparation process, the HPTS-lipo is embedded in a hydrogel. The fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo is prepared by introducing alkylamine into a sulfonic acid group of a fluorescent dye HPTS. Compared with the fluorescent dye HPTS, the pKa value of the modified fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo is significantly varied, and therefore, the fluorescent sensing film is suitable for monitoring different pH values, and satisfies different experimental requirements. Moreover, the fluorescent dye HPTS-lipo has better hydrophobicity, can be kept for a longer time in an environment, and further solves the problem of dye leakage after being embedded in the hydrogel.
