Abstract:
The present invention provides a fluoropolyether group-containing compound represented by formula (1): Ra-R2-R1-Rb [in the formula: Ra represents COF, COOR11, CH2OH, or CHO; Rb represents COF, COOR11, CH2OH, or CHO; each R11 independently represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group having 1-6 carbon atoms and optionally substituted with fluorine; R1 represents an alkylene group having 2-10 carbon atoms and optionally substituted with fluorine; R2 represents -R6a-(OR5a)n-O-; R5a represents a linear or branched alkylene group having 2-10 carbon atoms and optionally substituted with fluorine; and R6a represents a linear or branched alkylene group having 1-9 carbon atoms and optionally substituted with fluorine].
