Abstract:
One embodiment of the present disclosure provides a flux cleaning agent composition having excellent removal properties for both flux and metal discoloration after a heat treatment at 200°C or more.　One embodiment of the present disclosure pertains to a flux cleaning agent composition having a pH of 6-10 and containing an alkali agent (component A), a reducing compound having a mercapto group (component B), an organic solvent (component C), and water (component D).
