Abstract:
Provided is a water-circulation flyer which has an oil layer and a water layer, comprises a circulation pipe for sucking water from the water layer to the outside of a storage tank and then returning the water from the sidewall of the storage tank back to the water layer, and can of rotate the water layer and the oil layer horizontally and spirally, wherein impurities are prevented from depositing on the inner wall of the storage tank and to the inside of the circulation pipe, or deposited impurities can be removed.  The flyer is characterized in that an electromagnetic field is made to act on water flowing through the circulation pipe by applying an AC voltage to a coil wound around the circulation pipe partially.
