Abstract:
A detection satellite (220) of a satellite constellation (200) detects launch of a flying object and transmits launch detection information to each artificial satellite on a detection orbital plane via communication with front and rear artificial satellites (220) on the detection orbital plane. A connection source satellite (220) on the detection orbital plane transmits the launch detection information to a connection destination satellite (220) on a via-orbital plane passing over a ground system (110). The connection destination satellite transmits the launch detection information to each artificial satellite on the via-orbital plane through communication with front and rear artificial satellites on the via-orbital plane. A satellite-to-ground satellite (220) on the via-orbital plane transmits the launch detection information to the ground system.
