Abstract:
A flying shear device for a sealing decoration strip of an automobile, comprising: a mounting plate (1), a placing block (2) used for placing a decoration strip being provided on the mounting plate (1); a transverse moving assembly, which is movably connected to the mounting plate (1); a lifting assembly, which is arranged on the transverse moving assembly; a flying shear assembly, which is arranged on the lifting assembly, wherein a cutter (3) is arranged at one end of the flying shear assembly, the flying shear assembly may drive the cutter (3) to move transversely, and the lifting assembly, when moving upwards, may drive the cutter (3) to move above the decoration strip; and when the transverse moving assembly moves forwards to a preset distance, the lifting assembly moves downwards to drive the cutter (3) to be longitudinally inserted into the decoration strip. The flying shear device for a sealing decoration strip of an automobile may longitudinally insert the cutter (3) into the decoration strip and drive the cutter (3) to move transversely to shear the decoration strip, so that the cutter (3) is guaranteed not to damage other positions of the decoration strip.
