Abstract:
Disclosed is a foam concrete curing device for roads, the device belonging to the field of concrete curing. The position of a container is prevented from being shifted during the process of applying tension to a geomembrane, and it is guaranteed that the container is not prone to being deformed during the mounting process. The foam concrete curing device comprises the container (1); a geomembrane elastic winding and unwinding device (2) that is located in the container (1) and used for providing the geomembrane (21) covering foam concrete; an open end (11) for leading out one end of the geomembrane is arranged below the middle part of the container (1); and the device further comprises a bearing body (3), a pressing body (4), and a locking member (5) for fixing the bearing body (3) and the pressing body (4). The bearing body (3) at least comprises a support rod (31) with a pointed conical part, a bearing surface (32) consistent with an outer contour of the container (1), and a membrane outlet (33) corresponding to the open end (11), wherein the support rod (31) penetrates into the ground; the bearing surface (32) covers a surface of the lower half part of the container (1); and the pressing body (4) at least comprises a pressing surface (41) consistent with the outer contour of the container (1), and the pressing body (4) is distributed in an axial direction of the container (1), is pressed onto a surface of the upper half part of the container (1), and is fixed to the bearing body (3) by means of the locking member (5). The device is suitable for curing the foam concrete.
