Provided are a foam-molded article, a method for producing a foam-molded article, a forming mold structure for a foam-molded article, and a vehicle seating pad made using a foam-molded article, the foregoing making it possible to prevent the occurrence of underfilled sections with respect to recessed sections and protruding sections formed on the surface of the foam-molded article, and possible to curb any increase in cost. A foam-molded article 10 is obtained by integral molding of: a foam body 12 that is composed of a foamable resin material M and has a shape deformation section 26 of troughs and ridges on the surface; and a seat-shaped support material 14 for covering a surface opposing a formation surface of the shape deformation section 26 on the foam body 12. Provided to the support material 14 of the foam-molded article 10 is a projecting section 16 in a region facing the shape deformation section 26 and/or adjacent to said region. The projecting section 16 is of a pillar shape stretching along a direction of extension of the shape deformation section 26.
