Provided is an electronic apparatus, comprising a flexible member (30), a shell (20) and a folding device (24). The shell comprises a first frame body (21) and a second frame body (23). The folding device is arranged between the first frame body and the second frame body. The flexible member is arranged on the shell and the folding device, and the flexible member is bent or unbent along with the folding device. The folding device comprises a hinge main body (25), and a linkage mechanism (26) arranged on the hinge main body. The linkage mechanism comprises a reverse folding limiting member, and the reverse folding limiting member is used for preventing the folding device from being reversely folded. Further provided is the folding device of the electronic apparatus. The reverse folding limiting member can prevent the linkage mechanism from being continuously bent, and can enable the linkage mechanism to be kept in a horizontal state, such that damage to the flexible member of the electronic apparatus due to reverse folding is avoided.
