Abstract:
This food and beverage supply device is provided with: a main body portion (10) including a container placement platform (10a); a reader (15) which includes an antenna (15a) disposed adjacent to the container placement platform (10a), transmits electromagnetic waves from the antenna (15a) toward a container (100) placed on the container placement platform (10a), and reads identification information relating to an identifier (100a) affixed to the container (100); and a control portion (13) which identifies the type of food or beverage to be supplied to the container (100) on the basis of the identification information relating to the identifier (100a), and controls the main body portion (10) to supply the identified food or beverage to the container (100).
