Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a food de-clumping device, which is capable of continuously de-clumping frozen food, and a method for manufacturing de-clumped food using said food de-clumping device. The food de-clumping device is provided with: a first rotating body (11), which is capable of rotating with a first rotation axis (16) as the axis and has first blade members (18) that protrude from the first rotation axis (16); a second rotating body (12), which is capable of rotating with a second rotation axis (19) that is roughly parallel to the first rotation axis (16) as the axis and has second blade members (20) that protrude from the second rotation axis and intersect the first blade members in the same plane; and a receiving plate (15), which is disposed below the first rotating body (11) and the second rotating body (12) and for which a specified gap from the tips of the first blade members (18) and the second blade members (20) of the first rotating body (11) and the second rotating body (12) is provided.
