Abstract:
A food machine including, a food machine base and an upstanding pedestal extending upwardly from the base. The food machine further includes at least two compartments where each compartment receiving at least one food item where one compartment receives a wrapper food item or the ingredients thereof and the second compartment receives a filling food item or the ingredients thereof. Kneading and mixing means operate for preparing the wrapper food item and or the filling food item based on the type of recipe protocol. A filling and wrapping means operate for wrapping at least one wrapper food item around the at least one filling food item and outputting a continuous sleeve of stuffed/filling food. The food machine further includes at least two pushing/feeding means for pushing/feeding the at least one filling food item and the at least one wrapper food item from the compartments to the filling and wrapping means. The food machine further includes a cutter means for cutting the continuous sleeve to sleeve segments of stuffed filled food where both ends of the sleeve segment are closed.

Claims:
CLAIMS

1. A food machine comprising: a food machine base; an upstanding pedestal extending upwardly from the base ; at least two compartments where each compartment receiving at least one food item wherein one compartment receives a wrapper food item and the second compartment receives a filling food item; a filling and wrapping means for wrapping at least one wrapper food item around said at least one filling food item and outputting a continuous sleeve of stuffed/filling food; at least two pushing/feeding means for pushing/feeding said at least one filling food item and said at least one wrapper food item from said compartments to said filling and wrapping means; a cutter means for cutting said continuous sleeve to sleeve segments of stuffed filled food where both ends of said sleeve segment are closed.

A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said filling and wrapping means comprising cross joint pipes "Y" branch where one pipe receives said food item filling and the second pipe receives food item wrapper, said one pipe is hollow inside and said second pipe having a rigid element with diameter less than the diameter of the second pipe; said rigid element inside said second pipe limits the food item wrapper to travel only in the space that is between the outer surface of said rigid element and the inner surface of said second pipe; the joint of one pipe is constructed such that said one pipe is inserted in said second pipe; this configuration allows that when the food items are pushed/fed by the pushing/feeding means to said pipes said food wrapping item is wrapped around the outer surface of said one pipe and in the same time also the filling food item is pushed inside said one pipe in such a way that the output of said filling and wrapping means, outputs a continuous sleeve of wrapping food item where inside of said sleeve stuffed the filling food item.

A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said filling and wrapping means comprising a rotating element having a hollow cylindrical shape rotating around the longitudinal axis of said at least one pushing/feeding means; said rotating element has two opening ends where said at least one food item that comes from said at least one of said at least two compartments can pass through; inside said hollow portion of said rotating element said filling food item is pushed through by said pushing/feeding means; at the exterior sidewall of said cylindrical element of said filling and wrapping assembly extended a protruded structure that covers a portion of said cylindrical element exterior sidewall; said extended protruded structure is configured to wrap said at least one food item around the exterior sidewall of said cylindrical element where the extended protruded structure does not cover the exterior sidewall of said cylindrical element; said extended protruded structure is further configured to assist feeding said wrapped food item to said cutter means.

4. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said at least two pushing feeding means are two rotatable augers.

5. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said food machine prepares stuffed/filled food dishes selected from a group of Kibbehs, cookies, desserts, raviolis and stuffed buns;

6. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said food machine prepares dishes selected from a group of Patties, Falafel, Cookies, Zucchini and Punchs.

7. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said two pushing/feeding means are operated automatically.

8. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said cutter means comprising a plurality of blades forming blades-iris configuration.

9. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said food machine assist in the preparation of non- stuffed food forms of dough and raw materials.

10. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said food machine comprising at least one quick releasing/connecting means for quick releasing at least one part of said food machine and quick connecting at least one food machine assembly combined with said food machine selected from a group of, food processor assembly, mixer assembly and meat grinder assembly.

11. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein a food processor assembly is combined with said food machine. 12. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said blades-iris configuration connected to a linear-motion means for lifting or lowering said blades-iris configuration thereby forming a various continuous stuffed/filling foods sleeves formed in various sizes and shapes.

13. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein said pushing/ feeding means are two augers disposed horizontally in a parallel to each other and can rotate clockwise and counterclockwise according to the instructions of a controller component.

14. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein the food machine further comprises a controller to control the electronic elements in the food machine and one or more motors drivers.

15. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein at least one part selected from a group of augers, filling and wrapping means, cutting means, is removeable.

16. A food machine according to claim 1, wherein the food machine further includes a child-proof mechanism to ensure that the activation of the machine is made only after the food machine verification that the machine's openings are closed.

Description:
FOOD MACHINE

FIELD OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to food filling machines, in particular to multifunctional combined food filling machines for non industrial uses.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

Stuffed Foods or filled foods have been developed and include a line of food products that enhance the food menu around the world. Many types of vegetables and grinded meat are suitable for stuffing. Stuffed food is typically one food item used to fill a cavity in another food item while cooking for example. Kibbeh is a type of a Mediterranean stuffed food integrated in the Iraqi cuisine and differs slightly between Syria, Lebanon, Jordan and Israel. Kibbeh is formed and cooked in many ways. The traditional shape for fried kibbeh is that of an oval shape and spherical shape of a cooked Kibbeh. The texture of kibbeh changes depending on what the dough consists of. The traditional mix is made from bulgur (cracked wheat) and meat or it could be rice and meat or even vegan. The method at home and restaurants of making the stuffed food such as Kibbeh but not limited to is made by hands and takes some time to make and learn how to make it. For example, the palms of a user hands of a Kibbeh maker needs to be wet then the user takes a golf size piece of a dough food item and form a ball shape with the palms of the user hands. The palms are wet again and knead the ball in the user hand. The user makes a hole in the middle of the ball with his index finger and tries to create a cup thinning the walls as the user turns the ball in the palm of his hand and creates a cavity. The user then put for example one tablespoon of another food item which is in this example the filling food item, in the first food item cavity and seals the opening. If the user wants to prepare more than one Kibbeh, he then needs to repeat this process over and over again. This process of making Kibbeh takes time and it is not so easy to make by hands, with the same size, with the same filling quantity and with the same uniformly and thickness of the Kibbeh. Machines for making stuffed food or the like are addressed for example in CN207428337, CN201163982, CN2253573, EP0629120 and DE19857985.

CN207428337 discloses a can stir dumpling machine of meat filling, place box and curb plate including dumpling machine box, stirring chamber, face skin, the top of dumpling machine box is linked together through conveying pipeline and feed inlet, the stirring chamber sets up the upper end at dumpling machine box, the outer surface mounting of first pivot has the stirring blade, and the below of stirring the blade installs separation baffle, the face skin is placed on the top of the box and is passed through feed opening and separation baffle interconnect, and the outside of feed opening is provided with the control valve, the dumpling mould is installed on placing the box to the face skin, and the dumpling mould passes through second pivot and second motor and rotate and be connected, the side at dumpling machine box is installed to the curb plate. This can stir dumpling machine of meat filling can just stir the blade and be the screw thread column structure stirring the mixture between meat, vegetables and the water, and the screw thread column structure has increased the area of contact of stirring blade with meat, vegetables and water to the efficiency of stirring has been improved.

CN201 163982 discloses a multifunctional combined type machine for processing noodle, vegetable and meat food materials, belonging to a food processing machine. A machine frame assembly is provided with a pressing noodle cutter, a dough stirring skip bucket, a vegetable stuffing maker, a meat chopper, a dough maker, a meat slice cutter, a measuring tank and a power transmission drive system as well as a power device of the vegetable stuffing maker driven by a secondary motor directly in a matching way, wherein, the power transmission drive system is composed of a main electric motor, a speed reducer, a gear box, a drive shaft, a chain wheel and a chain. A material holding box is arranged at the outside of the material outlet of the vegetable stuffing maker and the meat chopper in a matching way; the machine can undertake and finish a plurality of works, such as stirring dough, kneading dough, pressing and cutting noodle and dough sheet, chopping meat, cutting meat slice, making vegetable stuffing, etc. CN2253573 discloses a dumpling making machine, particularly a small dumpling making machine used for small restaurants and families. The utility model has the main structure that an upper rotating shaft which rotates horizontally is provided with a stuffing twisting screw rod, and a rotating sheath which is free sheathed with the upper rotating shaft is provided with a stuffing cutting knife sheath and a flour conveying wheel. A lower rotating shaft which is parallel to the lower part of the upper rotating shaft is provided with lower dough mixing screw rod. A lower rotating sheath which is free sheathed outside of the lower rotating shaft is provided with a plurality of dough mixing rods. A pair of press rolls which are arranged vertically and a pair of rolling wheels which are arranged horizontally are arranged in a dumpling wrapper box. Thereby, the utility model has the advantages of convenience for making dumplings, and compact structure.

EP0629120 discloses a domestic machine substantially shaped as a parallelepiped, constructively comprising a hollow space that can be closed at the top, either by a completely closing cover or by a cover provided with a hopper. Within the hollow space suitable fittings for kneading, extruding or mincing are horizontally mounted as required. Such fittings comprise in the first case a rotatable mixing blade. In the second case a rotatable screw with an associated cylindrical chamber, this latter being further provided with suitable dies at its output end. In the third case, a rotatable screw is carrying a bladed knife with an associated cylindrical chamber, this latter being equipped at its output end with suitable plates with holes against which abuts the rotating bladed knife.

DE19857985 discloses dough mixer that can also be used as a meat processor. The mixing blades are such that they can process meat or make dough mounted on a shaft. The two flat blades are displaced at an angle. The mixing bowl has a raised central boss so that the working portion is a circular channel with a partially circular profile. The bowl rotates about its axis at between 5 - 12 rpm whilst the blades, whose shaft is at right angles, rotate at between 1000 and 1500 rpm. The blades rotate in a radial plane relative to axis and their center of rotation is also the center of the profile. Dough can be prepared in about two minutes.

The obstacles of using the aforementioned inventions and other existing prior art machines include the significant space required for said machine; the need to disassemble the machine after every use for health and cleaning purposes; the need for a child-proof mechanism that ensures the safety of the users considering the severity of potential damage in such a home use system.

One object of the present invention is to provide a nonindustrial (for homes or restaurants) food filing/stuffing machine which is less expensive and has little occupation space for nonindustrial users thereby, reducing required space for owning and using a stuffed food machine and the required time for making stuffed foods repeatedly.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a nonindustrial machine for making stuffed food that is child-proof, compact, and easy to use.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a nonindustrial multifunctional combined food machine that combines kneading means, dough making and food filling, for nonindustrial use.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a food stuffing machine that will help home users, restaurants or food making users to make a variety of stuffed food dishes easily and more efficiently.

Yet another object of the present invention is to provide a food machine that will enable home users, restaurants or food making users to create new types of foods, mainly using various novel combinations of food filling and food wrapper dishes in an easy and efficient manner.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

The present invention relates to food filling machines, in particular to multifunctional combined kneading and food filling machines for non industrial uses.

In accordance with one aspect of the present invention there is provided, a food machine including, a food machine base and an upstanding pedestal extending upwardly from the base. Said food machine further include at least two compartments where each compartment receiving at least one food item where one compartment receives a wrapper food item or the ingredients thereof and the second compartment receives a filling food item or the ingredients thereof.

Kneading and mixing means operate for preparing the wrapper food item and or the filling food item based on the type of recipe protocol. A filling and wrapping means operate for wrapping at least one wrapper food item around the at least one filling food item and outputting a continuous sleeve of stuffed/filling food. The food machine further includes at least two pushing/feeding means for pushing/feeding the at least one filling food item and the at least one wrapper food item from the compartments to the filling and wrapping means. The food machine further includes a cutter means for cutting the continuous sleeve to sleeve segments of stuffed filled food where both ends of the sleeve segment are closed.

Wherever possible, the same reference numbers will be used throughout the drawings and the following description to refer to the same and like parts. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS OF THE INVENTION

Referring to Fig. 1, there is shown a food machine 10 in accordance with some embodiments of the present invention that assists in the making of a variety of dishes. The food machine 10 further includes a food machine head 39, a base 11, and an upstanding pedestal 13 extending upwardly from the base 11. The upstanding pedestal 13 supports the food machine head 39, which encases at least one motor but not limited to, not shown, and associated electronic motor controls, not shown. In some embodiments, the motor and/or the motor controls may be alternatively located in any part of the base 11, including the upstanding pedestal 13.

The food machine 10 receives a food item wrapper 20 and a food item filling 22. A food item wrapper 20 is the food item that will be wrapped around and will enclose the food item filling 22 for making stuffed dishes. Stuffed dishes can be for example and without limitation Kibbehs, pasta-based dishes, dumplings, cookies, desserts, raviolis, stuffed buns, and other dishes. Each of the food items 20, 22 is inserted in separate compartments 24, 26 of the food machine 10 respectively. Food item 20 can be for example the wrapper food item and food item 22 can be for example the filling food item. The compartments 24 and 26 can be made of any suitable material such as but not limited to stainless steel, plastic, or glass.

Referring also to Fig.2 and Fig.3 food machine 10 further includes a filling and wrapping means 30, a pusher/feeding means 34 for pushing/feeding the food item 20 from compartment 24 to the filling and wrapping means 30 through tubes 25 and 27. Food machine 10 further includes another pusher/feeding means 36 for pushing/feeding food item 22 from compartment 26 to the filling and wrapping means 30. Food machine 10 further includes a means (not shown) for actuating the pusher/feeding means 34 for pushing the food of item 20 which can be for example an electric motor having a shaft. The means for pushing the food item 20 can be mechanically connected in one side to the motor shaft (not shown). The electric motor for operating pusher/feeding means 34 automatically can be housed inside machine head 39. Food machine 10 further includes a means (not shown) for actuating the pusher/feeding means 36 for pushing the food item 22 which can be for example a secondary electric motor with a shaft where the means for pushing the food item 22 is mechanically connected in one side to the motor shaft (not shown). The electric motor for operating pusher/feeding means 36 automatically can be housed inside food machine head 39. In other embodiment of the present invention pusher/feeding means 36 and pusher/feeding means 34 can be actuated manually by using each a coupling means such as but not limited to rotating handles (not shown), by rotating the handles the pusher means 36 and 34 are operated and pushing food items 22 and 20 respectively to filling and wrapping means 30. The means for pushing food item 22 from compartment 26 to the filling and wrapping means 30 can be for example an auger 36 connected to a motor shaft and controlled electrically or connected mechanically to a rotating handle that is used to rotating auger 36. The pusher/feeding means 34 for pushing the food item 20 from compartment 24 to the filling and wrapping means 30 can be for example an auger 34 connected mechanically by a shaft to an electric motor where the speed rotation of the shaft can be controlled. In some embodiments of the present invention augers 34 and 36 are connected in one end to a rotating handle for operating augers 34 and 36.

The filling and wrapping means 30, is used for example in some embodiments of the present invention, when making a wrapping food item filled by a filling food item. Food machine 10 further includes a nozzle 40 which will be described later in more detail. The filling and wrapping means 30 in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention includes a rotating element 42 having a hollow cylindrical shape 45 rotating around the longitudinal axis 41 of auger 36. The rotating element 42 has two opening ends where food item 22 can pass through. Inside the hollow portion 45 of the rotating element 42 the filling food item 22 is pushed through by auger 36 and by the gravity force. At the exterior sidewall of cylindrical element 42 of the filling and wrapping means 30 extended a protruded structure 43 that covers a portion of the exterior sidewall of the cylindrical elements 42. The extended protruded structure 43 is configured to wrap the wrapping food item 20 around the exterior sidewall of the wrapping and filling means 30 in the place where the extended protruded structure does not cover the exterior surface of cylindrical element 42. In addition, the extended protruded structure 43 is configured to push the wrapped food item 20 to the nozzle 40.

In the preferred embodiment of the present invention the nozzle 40 may have a conical shape. Inside the nozzle 40 disposed an elongated hollow cylinder element 44 where the exterior sidewall of cylinder element 44 is evenly distanced from the interior sidewall of the nozzle 40 whereby, creating a cavity in between for allowing the wrapping food item 20 to pass through. In some embodiments of the present invention a hollow conical element disposed inside of the nozzle instead of the cylindrical element 44, distantly and evenly separated from the inner surface of nozzle 40 to form a cavity for allowing the wrapping item 20 to pass through. In operation, the filling food item 22 is pushed inside by auger 36 and also by the gravity force towards the elongated hollow cylinder 42 and the wrapped food item 20 is pushed by protruded structure 43 and the gravity force to the cavity between the inner surface of the nozzle 40 and the outer surface of the cylindrical element 44. The output 49 of the nozzle 40, outputs a continuous sleeve of wrapping food item 20 where inside of the sleeve stuffed the filling food item 20. The food machine 10 further includes a cutter means 50 that cuts a segment of the continuous sleeve according to a preset, controllable timing. The sleeve cutter means 50 includes a plurality of blades forming blades-iris configuration 52. The blades-iris configuration 52 can be made from plastic, stainless still or any other suitable material that will cut or squeeze the segments ends until they are cut. The sleeve cutter means 50 is used for removing in each cutting time a segment from the continuous sleeve of a first food item 20 which is wrapped around the filled food item 22 like an envelope. The sleeve cutter 50 will cut a segment of the continuous sleeve and will close the wrapping envelop of the sleeve food item 20 in both ends of the sleeve segment where inside of the close segment disposed filling food item 22. Referring to Figs. 4A and 4B, there is shown schematically an electrical motor 60 or any other suitable actuating means for controlling the opening and closing of the blades-iris configuration 52. In some embodiments of the present invention the electrical motor can also control the speed of the opening and closing of the blades-iris configuration 52. When the blades 52 start to close the sleeve segment end begins to tighten and squeezed until it is being cut and a next segment of filled food is made. Arm 62 is attached in one end to the motor 60 and in the other end to the blades-iris configuration. In some embodiment of the present invention the arm can be lifted up or lowered down by utilizing electrical control motor 60.

In accordance with another embodiment of the present invention the food machine 10 will assist in the preparation of non-stuffed food forms of dough and raw food materials such as but not limited to Patties, Falafel, Cookies, Zucchini, Punchs and other wide range of non-stuffed dishes and desserts. In this embodiment only the filling food item 22 is used thereby, the cutter configuration 50 cuts only a segment from the continuous filling food item 22 that comes from opening output 49 of nozzle 40. In accordance with some embodiments of the present invention the nozzle may be formed in different, shapes and sizes for making various continuous sleeves of stuffed/filling foods with different sizes and shapes.

Referring to Fig. 5, the food machine 10 in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention can be combined with a mixer assembly 67 which can be assembled in the food machine 10 instead of the parts of the food filling and or food wrapping. The mixer parts include a bowl 63 typically made of stainless steel. Other suitable material can be used for example plastic, glass etc. The mixer may further include a flat beater, stainless steel wire whip or dough hook. The food machine may include speed control lever, and may also include beater height adjustment screw, not shown. Food machine 10 further includes quick releasing/connecting means 68 for quick connecting or releasing a food processor assembly combined with food machine 10 as illustrated for example in Fig 6. Food machine 10 further includes quick connections means 70 for quick connecting and releasing a meat grinding assembly combined with food machine 10 as illustrated for example in Fig 7.

Referring to Fig. 6 in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention the food machine 10 can be combined also with a food processor assembly 80 as known in the prior art which typically includes the main following parts: a bowl 82, a bowl cover 84, blade, blade shaft a motor for driving side blade and an adjustment speed control.

Referring to Fig. 7, the food machine in accordance with another embodiment of present invention can be combined also with a meat grinder assembly 88 as known in the prior art which typically includes the main following parts: feeding pan 90 preferably made by stainless steel, a grinding plate, a meat pusher to push the meet to the grinder blades. A cross knife or blade connected to an auger front portion. The rear portion of the auger is connected to the grinder motor shaft. The grinding food machine further includes a locking ring 92 to lock the auger, grinding plate and cross knife or blade installed inside the body 94. The auger of the meat grinder 88 can be rotated electrically by a motor or can be rotated manually.

Referring to Fig. 8, there is shown a food machine 150 in accordance with another embodiment of the present invention that assists in the making of a variety of dishes in particular stuffed food dishes. The food machine 150 includes a removeable upper portion food machine housing 154. The upper portion of the food machine 150 further includes two removable covers 156 and 158 that covers removeable food items compartments 176 and 174 respectively which are shown for example in Fig. 9. The food machine 150 can receives electric energy from the home electrical outlet through electric cable 160. The food machine further includes a removable bottom portion cover 162. Both housing 154 and bottom portion cover 162 are removable for example to allow the user to clean and if needed to replace the removable internal parts of the food machine 150. The food machine 150 further includes a display unit 166 or a touch screen display unit that can display for example a menu of functions options of the food machine 150 that can be selected by the user for operation. The display unit may also display the current status or mode of operation of the food machine 150. If the display unit 166 is also a touch screen the user can choose for example one or more functions from the menu display to instruct the food machine to operate a selected function. The user may also send data to the food machine 150 for example data about the type of food item that is inserted in each of the compartments of the food machine, required operational data such as but not limited to kneading speed and duration, food items stuffing speed, sleeve cutting speed etc. the food machine 150 may further includes a rotatable/ push button 168 that can be used for example as a menu button. The food machine 150 may further include wireless communication means to allow a user to control the machine via a remote control such as but not limited to a computer application.

Referring to Fig. 9 there is shown the food machine 150 without the housing 154. The food machine 150 receives a food item wrapper in compartment 174 and a food item filling in compartment 176. A food item wrapper is the food item that will be wrapped around and will enclose the food filling item for making stuffed dishes. Stuffed dishes can be for example and without limitation Kibbehs, pasta- based dishes, dumplings, cookies, desserts, raviolis, stuffed buns, and other dishes. Each of the food items is inserted in a separate compartment 174 and compartment 176 of the food machine 150. The compartments 174 and 176 can be made of any suitable material such as but not limited to stainless steel, plastic, or glass. The compartments 174 and 176 can be removable for example for cleaning and other maintenance purposes.

The food machine 150 further includes a filling and wrapping means 180 that will be explained later in more detail. Each compartment 174 and 176 have one aperture 175 and 177 for inserting each food item into the compartments respectively and each compartment 174 and 176 have a second aperture 178 and

179 respectively for outputting the food items to the filling and wrapping means

180 through food feeding tubes 181 and 183 respectively. The filling and wrapping means 180 have two input apertures for receiving the food items from tubes 183 and 181 respectively and a third aperture 182 for outputting the stuffed food that is created by the filling and wrapping means 180 to the stuffed food cutting means that is assembled behind bottom portion cover 162. Each of the input apertures of the filling and wrapping means 180 is connected to tubes 183 and 181 by releasable connectors 185 and 186 respectively that my allow to release and remove the filling and wrapping means 180 for example for cleaning or replacement purposes. In some embodiments of the present invention the filling and wrapping means 180 has an outer shape of cross joint pipes 187 and 188 "Y" branch.

Referring to Figs 10 to 14 the food machine 200 further includes a base 204 having anti-slip elements 205 and an upstanding pedestal 206 extending upwardly from the base 204. Pedestal 206 having front panel 208 and rear panel 209. The food machine 150 further includes two motorized augers 210 and 212. The augers 210 and 212 are disposed perpendicular to the front panel 208. The augers 210 and 212 further dispose in parallel to one another. The augers 210 and 212 having respectively axis 211 and 213. The food machine 150 includes pair of motor arrangement means 215 and 217 where each motor arrangement means is used for actuating augers 210 and 212 respectively. Each of the motor arrangement means includes for example and without limitation an electric motor 224 and 226 having shafts connected to driver pulley wheel 228 and 230, respectively. Each of the motor arrangement means further includes a driven belt 232 and 234, and driven pulley 236 and 238 where each driven pulley 236 and 238 is attached to the respective axis 213 and 211 of augers 210 and 212 for example, through a hole, not shown, disposed at the rear portion of the compartments 176 and 174. Driven pulleys 236 and 238 are driven by motors 224 and 226. Belts 232 and 234 are used to transmit anergy between the driver pulley wheel 228 and 230 and the driven pulley wheel 236 and 238 respectively. Food machine 200 further include electronic circuity including a power supply 240 and a controller 241 to control the electronic elements in the food machine 150 and one or more motors drivers for driven one or more of the motors of the Food machine 150. For example, the controller 241 can control the rotation velocity of the motors' shafts and controls the rotation direction of the motors' shafts clockwise or counterclockwise. In addition, the controller can control the motors of the food machine 150 independently to one another for example, motor of auger 210 can rotate clockwise while the motor of auger 212 can be instructed by the controller 241 to rotate counterclockwise.

The food machine 150 further includes a blades-iris configuration 252 having plurality blades 253 arranged in iris configuration and forming an iris shutter where the iris shutter can be opened or closed according for example, to the controller 241 instruction. The food machine 150 further includes an electric blades actuating motor 249, shown for example in Fig. 13, or any other suitable actuating means for controlling the opening and closing of the iris shutter constructed by the blades 253 of the blades-iris configuration 252. In some embodiments of the present invention the electrical motor 249 can be utilized to control the speed of the opening and closing of the shutter of the blades-iris configuration 252. The blades-iris configuration 252 further includes a plate 255 and plurality of iris-arms, such as arm 256 fixed in one end to plate 255 by a fixing element 257 and the other end of the arms are attached to pivot 258 where iris driven tooth pulley 260 is attached. The iris driven tooth pulley 260 can freely rotate around pivot 258. The blades-iris configuration 252 further includes a tooth driver wheel 259 connected to the shaft of blades actuating motor 250. The blades- iris configuration 252 further includes a synchronous belt 262 on tooth engagement between the belt 262 and tooth driver wheel 259 to transmit power to driven tooth pulleys 260. In use, depending on blade actuating motor 249 rotation direction is utilized to rotate the blades 253 clockwise or counterclockwise in a synchronous manner thereby, closing or opening the shutter iris configuration. Referring to Fig. 13 , The food machine 150 further includes a linear actuator means 266 attached to the blades-iris configuration 252 which is used to create motion in a straight line and is perpendicular to the base 204 for lifting or lowering the plate 255 of the blades-iris configuration 252. The linear actuator means 266 can be a suitable linear actuator as known in the art for example, having a motor 250, gearbox, lead screw 268 and a nut 270.

The food machine 150 receives a food item wrapper, not shown, and a food item filling, not shown. The food item wrapper is the food item that will be wrapped around and will enclose the food item filling for making stuffed dishes. Each of the food items is inserted in separate compartments, food item wrapper or the ingredients thereof is inserted in compartment 174 and food item filling or the ingredients thereof is inserted in compartment 176. Each of the separate compartments encloses the augers 212 and 210 respectively. Regarding to the augers 210 and 212 the food machine 150 may have two modes of operation dependent on the direction of rotation of the augers 210 and 212. Augers 210 and 212 are removeable for purposes of cleaning by the user. When auger 210 for example is rotated counterclockwise the auger rotation is utilized to operate as a kneading means of the food item inside the compartment 176. When auger 210 for example is rotated clockwise the auger rotation is utilized to operate as a pushing/feeding means for feeding out or extrusion of the food item from the food item compartment 176 to the to a suitable filling and wrapping means 180 such as shown for example in Fig. 13.

Referring to Figs. 16 and 17, the filling and wrapping means 180 in accordance with one embodiment of the present invention constructed from cross joint pipes 187 and 188 "Y" branch where pipe 187 receives food item filling and pipe 188 receives food item wrapper. Pipe 187 is hollow 269 inside and pipe 188 having a rigid element 260 with diameter less than the diameter of pipe 188. The rigid element 260 inside the pipe limits the food item wrapper to travel only in the space 249 that is between the outer surface of the rigid element 260 and the inner surface of pipe 188. The joint of pipe 187 is constructed such that pipe 187 is inserted in pipe 188 this configuration allows that when the food items are pushed/feed by the rotation of augers 210 and 212 through tubes 183 and 181 to pipes 187 and 188 respectively the food wrapping item is wrapped around the outer surface of pipe 187 in the cavity of 251 and in the same time also the filling food item is pushed inside pipe 187 in such a way that the output 182 of the filling and wrapping means 180, outputs a continuous sleeve of a wrapped food item where inside of the sleeve stuffed the filling food item.

In operation, the filling and wrapping means such as shown for example in Fig. 12 outputs a continuous sleeve of wrapping food item, not shown, where inside of the sleeve stuffed the filling food item as described above. The blades- iris configuration 252 when the iris shutter is closed is operated as a cutter means that cuts a segment of the continuous sleeve according to a preset, controllable timing instructed for example by the controller. The blades-iris configuration 252 can be made from plastic, stainless still or any other suitable material that will cut or squeeze the segments ends until they are cut. The blades-iris configuration 252 is used for removing in each cutting time a segment from the continuous sleeve of a first food item which is wrapped around the filled food item. The blades-iris configuration 252 will cut a segment of the continuous sleeve and will close both ends of the sleeve segment where inside of the closed segment disposed filling food item. When the iris blades of blades-iris configuration 252 start to close the sleeve segment end begins to tighten and be squeezed until it is being cut and a next segment of filled food is made. In accordance with some embodiment of the present invention the lifting or lowering of the plate 255 during operation of the food machine 150 is allowing to create different texture of squeezing and cutting effect of stuffed food as well as different shapes of wrapped food item.

In operation, in some embodiments of the present invention, the ingredients of food item wrapper or the ingredients of food filling item are kneaded by the augers 210 and 212 before being extruded or fed to feeding tubes 181 and 183.

In some embodiments of the present invention food machine 150 further includes a child-proof mechanism to ensure that the activation of the machine 150 is made only after food machine 150 verification that the machine's openings are closed. The food machine 150 further includes a computer with predetermined, editable cooking and or operational protocols to enable the kneading and filling of various types of wrapper foods and filling foods, by using different speeds and duration of kneading, as well as different cutting procedures to allow different shapes of stuffed foods. The food machine 150 further includes removeable parts to enable a convenient disassembly of parts of the machine that come in direct contact with the food

In accordance with an embodiment of the present invention, the food machine 150 further includes a rotatable plate, not shown, located under the cutter means, controlled by the machine's controller 241 designed to receive the wrapped food items and rotate according to a predetermined timing protocol to ensure the streamlined activity of the machine and the structural integrity of the produce of the food machine 150.
