Abstract:
Disclosed is a food processing pot (100), comprising a pot body (30) and a heating control system (40) provided with a thick-film heating plate (41) and a fuse (43), wherein the fuse (43) comprises a first contact sheet (431), a second contact sheet (432), a heat conduction base plate (44) and an ejector rod (46), wherein the heat conduction base plate (44) is in contact with the thick-film heating plate (41) and is fixed to a fusible body (45), and the ejector rod (46) is provided between the fusible body (45) and the second contact sheet (432) to apply a force to the second contact sheet (432), in order to enable a second contact point (4321) of the second contact sheet (432) to come into contact with a first contact point (4311) of the first contact sheet (431). When the thick-film heating plate (41) reaches the melting point temperature of the fusible body (45), the fusible body (45) melts and no longer supports the ejector rod (46), and at this time, the second contact sheet (432) moves the ejector rod (46) by means of a rebound force to make the second contact point (4321) not be in contact with the first contact point (4311) any more. The fuse (43) is able to respond quickly to high temperatures by means of the heat conduction base plate (44), wherein same is in contact with the thick-film heating plate (41), and the non-recoverable disconnection of the fuse (43) can guarantee the safety of the product.
