Abstract:
A food processor, and a cutter assembly mounting structure and a stirring cup (4) thereof. The cutter assembly mounting structure comprises: a container bottom (2), the bottom wall of the container bottom (2) being provided with a mounting hole (24); a cutter holder (11) mounted at the mounting hole (24) and used for mounting a cutter (12) of the food processor; and a locking part that is mounted on the container bottom (2), cooperates with the cutter holder (11), is suitable for reciprocating between a cutter dismounting position and a cutter locking position with respect to the container bottom (2), locks the cutter holder (11) to fix the cutter holder (11) when moving to the cutter locking position, and unlocks the cutter holder (11) to loosen the cutter holder (11) when moving to the cutter dismounting position. The cutter assembly can be dismounted and mounted by operating the locking part, thereby facilitating the quick dismounting and mounting of the cutter assembly. In addition, because the locking part is directly mounted on the container bottom (2) and cannot be separated from the container bottom (2) during use, the locking part can be prevented from being lost or confused with other tools; moreover, the loosening of the cutter holder (11) due to the loosening of the nut caused by the rotation of the cutter (12) in one direction can be avoided, thereby improving the operational reliability of the product.
