Abstract:
Provided is a foot warmer that when used by being inserted into shoes (in particular, boots with inferior air permeability), is capable of effectively warming a sole without raising the air permeability of an inner bag. This foot warmer (1) is provided with: an air absorbing/discharging material (5) disposed on the inner bottom (12) of a shoe (11); and a heating body (2) in which a heating composition (3) that generates heat by coming into contact with air is sealed in an inner bag (4) having air permeability, and which is disposed between the sole of a user and the air absorbing/discharging material (5). The air absorbing/discharging material (5) is capable of containing air therein and is deformed to absorb and/or discharge air.
