Abstract:
This foreign object detection device is provided with: a plurality of coils (240) that are provided with a first conductor pattern disposed on one surface of a detection coil substrate (220) and are excited to generate a vibration signal; a detection unit (26) for detecting the presence or absence of a foreign object on the basis of the vibration signal; first connection wiring (230) for connecting one terminal T1 of each of the plurality of coils (240) and the detection unit (26); and second connection wiring (232) for connecting the other terminal T2 of each of the plurality of coils (240) and the detection unit (26). The first connection wiring (230) and the second connection wiring (232) are mutually substantially the same in route at least on the detection coil substrate (220).
