A forming and processing method for an ultra-long slot PCB, comprising the following steps: S1, V-CUT machine-CNC forming processing; S2, designing an ultra-long board slot board processing material; S3, ultra-long slot board processing; and S4, quality detection of ultra-long slot board dimensions. The described method starts from product and device process capabilities. By means of carrying out deeper layer technological development on the process capabilities of a numerical control machine tool device, a special bevel processing flow for an ultra-long card board-type PCB is designed, thereby ensuring that the product may be made in batches and is produced quickly and safely, and enhancing the quality of the product. The technical difficulties are solved in which manual beveling machines are slow in efficiency, low-quality, and carry serious safety risks, and in which conventional beveling machines are unable to produce ultra-long slot boards.
