Disclosed are a formononetin aliphatic ether derivative, and a preparation method and a pharmaceutical use thereof. Particularly disclosed are a formononetin aliphatic ether derivative of general formula (I), the preparation method thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the compounds and pharmaceutical use thereof, in particular, the pharmaceutical use as a drug for the prevention or treatment of hyperlipidemia, obesity or type II diabetes.
