Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention is a fractional slot concentrated winding permanent magnet motor-based duplex-winding low-harmonic design method in the field of motors, comprising: first introducing a three-phase current into a primary armature winding to obtain a number p1 of fundamental wave pole pairs of a single-phase armature reaction magnetic field and an amplitude A1 of non-working harmonic waves of p1 pairs of poles; providing Ns2 inner slots in a yoke part of a stator core, the ratio of Ns2 inner slots to p1 being an integer, winding a secondary winding having the number of pole pairs of p1 in the inner slots; determining a slot pitch angle α=360*p1/Ns2 and the winding mode of the secondary winding; introducing a three-phase current into the secondary winding to obtain an amplitude B1of p1 pairs of poles, A1=B1; and finally determining the half-slot radial sectional area of the inner slots. According to the present invention, the non-working harmonic content in armature reaction magnetic field air gap flux density in a primary fractional slot concentrated winding permanent magnet motor is counteracted by adding a set of secondary windings, the characteristic of not having to change the number of stator teeth and the winding structure of the primary armature winding is achieved, the internal space utilization of the motor is effectively improved, the torque can be increased, and the motor efficiency is improved.
