Abstract:
The invention relates to a free-hands system for controlling motor vehicle functions comprising at least one badge (4) and a monitoring system (6) mounted in the vehicle which exchange data for controlling actuators (40) in order to actuate the vehicle functions. The inventive system also comprises means (18, 48, 36) using a transmission channel by a current crossing a body for exchanging data between the badge (4) and the monitoring system in order to be sure that the initiator of the function control of the vehicle is an authorised badge-carrying user.
