Abstract:
A freezer device (1), a refrigeration system (11), and a control method therefor, belonging to the field of refrigeration devices. The refrigeration system (11) comprises a refrigerant circulation circuit formed by connecting a condenser (111), an evaporator (112), a compressor (15), and a throttling device (14), and also comprises a heat regenerator (16). The control method comprises: acquiring, during the operation of the refrigeration system (11), a first temperature of an external environment exchanging heat with the condenser (111) and a suction temperature of the compressor (15); determining a refrigerant subcooling degree of a refrigerant outlet of the condenser (111); and controlling and adjusting the flow opening degree of the throttling device (14) according to the first temperature of the external environment, the suction temperature of the compressor (15), and the refrigerant subcooling degree of the refrigerant outlet of the condenser (111). The control method for the refrigeration system (11) does not need to rely on parameters measured by sensors provided on the evaporator (112) to control an opening degree, effectively simplifying the installation of sensors and facilitating the maintenance, especially for a refrigeration device such as the freezer (1) in which the evaporator (112) is provided in a foamed layer, while ensuring the precise adjustment and control of an opening degree of the throttling device (14) such as an electronic expansion valve.
