Abstract:

Provided are a frequency adjustment method and a communication apparatus, relating to the field of communications. The method comprises: a communication apparatus transmitting a first downlink signal to a terminal device via a first transmission reception point (TRP); receiving an uplink signal from the terminal device via the first TRP, wherein the reception frequency of the uplink signal at the first TRP is a first reception frequency; receiving an uplink signal from the terminal device via a second TRP, wherein the reception frequency of the uplink signal at the second TRP is a second reception frequency; transmitting a second downlink signal to the terminal device via the second TRP; and transmitting a third downlink signal to the terminal device via the first TRP, wherein the value obtained by subtracting the transmission frequency of the third downlink signal at the first TRP from the transmission frequency of the second downlink signal at the second TRP is equal to Δf/k, △f is equal to the value obtained by subtracting the second reception frequency from the first reception frequency, and k is the ratio of an uplink center frequency to a downlink center frequency.
