Abstract:
In the present invention, first electroconductive pattern 101 comprises: a conducting wire sections of a horizontal pattern 10 and a vertical pattern 20 which form a cross on a dielectric substrate 103; and a pole plate section 12, in which end portions of the extended horizontal pattern 10 and the extended vertical pattern 20, both having been extended by a prescribed length, are extended (12a, 12b) in directions orthogonal to each other, and in which a leading end of the one extension opposes the leading end of the extension coming from the other direction, leaving gaps which line up along a diagonal line. A second conductive pattern 102 comprises: a circumferential conducting wire section 30 which is of a prescribed width and which forms an outer edge of a square that opposes the pole plate 12 with the dielectric substrate 103 interposed therebetween; protruding conducting wire sections 31 that protrude by a prescribed width and length from the center of each side of the circumferential wire section 30 to the inside; and triangular conductor sections 40 that each connect to the corresponding protruding conducting wire sections 31 and that are configured so that a triangular pattern, the bottom side of which is the width to the front of the diagonal line of the square, is disposed to be separated by a prescribed gap g2 on a diagonal line from the oblique side of the triangular pattern connecting to the protruding conducting wire section 31 on another side.
