Abstract:
The present invention relates to a friction welding control system of a plastic band for a coil package, and provides a technical idea comprising: a driving unit which rotates by an input of a source power for controlling a welding tip; a transferring unit which rotates by receiving a rotary motion from the driving unit to cause the welding tip to linearly reciprocate; a belt unit for transferring the source power input from the driving unit to the transferring unit; a belt pressing unit provided between the driving unit and the transferring unit to maintain tension of the belt unit; and a welding unit in which a frictional heat is generated by the linear reciprocation of the welding tip to weld a coil package band.
