Abstract:
According to the present invention, a frictional force is properly generated without contacting an object. The frictional force is generated by a frictional force generation unit without contacting the object. For example, the frictional force generation unit generates a frictional force on the object by discharging static electricity and charging the object. A control unit controls a frictional force generation timing of the frictional force generation unit on the basis of a state of the object.
