Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to reduce defects in a fuel cell module and to reduce manufacturing costs by identifying and taking countermeasures against cells exhibiting short circuit defects, from among fuel cells manufactured using a process for forming a thin film on a substrate. In this fuel cell array, each fuel cell comprises a solid electrolyte layer between a first electrode layer and a second electrode layer. First wiring is connected to the second electrode layer, and second wiring is connected to the first electrode layer via a connection element. The connection element is formed by sandwiching a conductive layer between two electrodes (see FIG. 8).
