Abstract:
Provided are a fuel-pool quick water-drainage device and a fuel-pool quick water-drainage method. The fuel-pool quick water-drainage device comprises a water-drainage pipe (10), a water-drainage control valve (20), a gas suction device (30) and a gas suction pipe (40), wherein a first end of the water-drainage pipe (10) is configured to extend into a fuel pool; the water-drainage control valve (20) is connected to a second end of the water-drainage pipe (10) to control the opening and closing of the water-drainage pipe (10) or to regulate a water-drainage flow rate of the water-drainage pipe (10); the gas suction pipe (40) is connected between the second end of the water-drainage pipe (10) and the gas suction device (30); and the gas suction device (30) sucks gas out of the water-drainage pipe (10) by means of the gas suction pipe (40), so as to make water in the fuel pool enter the water-drainage pipe (10), thereby forming an inverted siphon. The gas suction device (30) sucks the gas out of the water-drainage pipe (10) to form an inverted siphon, and water in the fuel pool is discharged under the effect of the siphon, thereby realizing quick online water exchange without the need to suck gas at the side of the fuel pool, and thus the risk of introducing a foreign object into the fuel pool is avoided, there is no risk of personnel falling or of operations in the fuel pool, and it is ensured that tests such as a PTR system flushing test, cooling pump performance test and purification test can be smoothly conducted.
