Abstract:
A full-angle automatic cutting machine for a cord fabric, comprising an unwinding mechanism (1), an edge cutting and flattening mechanism (2), a cutting conveying line (3), a rotatable cutting mechanism (4), a mechanical arm grasping mechanism (5), and a material collection and conveying line (6) which are sequentially arranged from front to back; an unwinding drive motor (107) on the unwinding mechanism drives an unwinding roller (104) and a winding roller (106) by means of a pulley set; an edge cutting support (201) of the edge cutting and flattening mechanism sequentially supports, from front to back, an edge cutting introduction roller (202), an edge cutting deviation rectification roller (203), lower and upper edge cutting guide rollers (205, 206), an edge cutting outputting roller (208), and a flattening roller (209); an edge cutting blade device with an edge strip winding device is provided at each of the lower and upper edge cutting guide rollers, and two groups of threaded protruding ribs (217) which are centrally symmetrical and have opposite rotation directions are provided on the flattening roller; and the rotatable cutting mechanism comprises a cutting gantry, a transverse movement pulley set (411), a cutting blade device and a cutting pressing and feeding auxiliary device; and the mechanical arm grasping mechanism is arranged at either side of a cutting conveyor belt behind the rotatable cutting mechanism. The cutting machine can automatically control the cutting angle, and finish cord fabric cutting in an efficient and high-precision manner.
