Abstract:
A full-frequency-sweeping electromagnetic wax-preventing scale-inhibiting corrosion-inhibiting apparatus for a crude oil exploitation and transportation pipeline, comprising a non-magnetic-conductive pressure-bearing medium transportation pipeline (10). The present invention can monitor the temperature of a crude oil medium in the non-magnetic-conductive pressure-bearing medium transportation pipeline (10) and operation parameters of a front-end electromagnetic harmonic conversion and parametric detection system (7), a middle electromagnetic harmonic conversion and parametric detection system (8), and a rear-end electromagnetic harmonic conversion and parametric detection system (9) in real time, control the frequency and the magnetic field intensity of a magnetic field according to different temperatures and well conditions by means of an HMI/PLC integrated program control module (3), an adaptive frequency algorithm generation module (4), a multi-harmonic generation module (5), and an IGBT drive and harmonic power generation module (6) in an integrated machine (12), and adjust a magnetization distance, thereby expanding the application range of the apparatus in wax prevention and scale prevention, and improving the corrosion-inhibiting effect of the apparatus after wax inhibition and scale prevention.
