Disclosed are a full screen with a rotating screen, a control method, a mobile terminal, and a readable storage medium. The full screen with a rotating screen comprises a main screen and an auxiliary screen, wherein the front face of the main screen is provided with a main display region, the front face of the auxiliary screen is provided with an auxiliary display region adapted to the main display region, and the back face of the auxiliary screen is provided with a camera module; and when the auxiliary screen is arranged at a first position, the main display region and the auxiliary display region are tiled together for integrated display, and when the auxiliary screen is arranged at a second position, the camera module carries out front-facing photographing. In the present application, a full screen is achieved, thereby improving the screen-to-body ratio; a front-facing photographing function is realized by sharing a rear camera, saving on the costs of the whole machine; and a stacked mechanism is not added, such that the thickness of the whole machine is not additionally increased. The photographing function is directly triggered by means of the auxiliary screen, such that the operational process is simplified; and the auxiliary screen can independently realize various information prompting functions, thereby achieving a power-saving effect.
