Abstract:
Provided is a fully automated lollipop whole-twist integrated packaging machine, comprising a lollipop delivery module (1), a lollipop clamping disc assembly (2), and a lollipop twist module (3); the packaging machine organizes lollipops and drops them into the lollipop delivery module (1); when a chain (13) transports one to an input lollipop clamping unit (21), the lollipop is lifted to the vertical position by means of a guided lifting plate, then an input lollipop (24) holds the lollipop and continues to rotate; when rotating to the lollipop twist module (3), a twist clamping jaw (33) holds the lollipop by means of dual torsion springs, and it is covered by a paper wrapper on a twist support platform (35) by means of the paper-wrapper delivery machine; the lollipop is transitioned to the twist clamping jaw (33), then a twist support platform (35) is driven by a drive plate (37) to rotate, covering the paper wrapper over the surface of the lollipop, completing the whole-twist packaging of the lollipop. For the holding of lollipops in the described packaging machine, cams (25, 34) in conjunction with rollers are used to control the input lollipop grip (24), output lollipop grip, and twist clamping jaw (33) connected by the dual torsion springs.
