Abstract:
A fully-automatic book packing device comprises an aligning and pressing mechanism (6) and a bundling mechanism. Books enter a book feed mechanism (2). A book pushing module (5) sequentially pushes the books to the aligning and pressing mechanism (6). After being aligned and pressed, the books enter the bundling mechanism to be bundled. A book discharge mechanism (8) drives output of the bundled books. The aligning and pressing mechanism (6) and the bundling mechanism employ cylinder power. In the fully-automatic book packing device, both the aligning and pressing mechanism (6) and the bundling mechanism employ cylinder power, thereby solving the problem in which a fully-automatic book packing device employs transmission power provided by means of a cam, a gear, a gear rack, a bevel gear and a transmission shaft, and thus has a complex structure which experiences a fault easily and incurs high costs.
