Abstract:
A fully automatic Chinese yam cleaning, peeling and washing all-in-one machine comprising a rack (10); a two-end removing mechanism (20) arranged on the rack (10); a conveying mechanism (30) arranged on the rack (10), wherein the conveying mechanism (30) is arranged to cooperate with a storage box (201) of the two-end removing mechanism (20); a feeding mechanism (40) arranged on the rack (10), wherein the input end of the feeding mechanism (40) is connected to the output end of the two-end removing mechanism (20) in a cooperating manner; a peeling and washing mechanism (50) arranged on the rack (10), wherein the peeling and washing mechanism (50) and the feeding mechanism (40) are adjacently arranged in a cooperative manner; and a controller connected to the two-end removing mechanism (20), the conveying mechanism (30), the feeding mechanism (40) and the peeling and washing mechanism (50). By means of the fully automatic Chinese yam cleaning, peeling and washing all-in-one machine, fully automatic two-end removal, peeling, washing and other operations can be conducted on Chinese yams different in thickness and length, waste is reduced, and peeling and washing are more thorough.
