Abstract:
A fully-automatic grinding production line, comprising a feeding device (100), a plurality of grinders (200), a cleaning machine (300), and a discharging device (500) arranged according to a processing flow, and further comprising a first conveying device (600) and a second conveying device (700). Sheets (400) to be ground are conveyed from the feeding device to the grinders by means of the first conveying device, and the ground sheets are conveyed from the grinders to the cleaning machine by means of the second conveying device. The production line further comprises a control system and a control cabinet. The control system is provided in the control cabinet (800). The feeding device, the plurality of grinders, the cleaning machine, the discharging device, the first conveying device, and the second conveying device are all connected to the control system. By means of the design of the feeding device, the grinders, the cleaning machine, the discharging device, the first conveying device, and the second conveying device, the present invention can achieve continuous automated production of sheets, integrates the functions of sheet feeding, grinding, cleaning, and discharging, and has a high integration level, thereby improving the production efficiency and product quality, and enabling one worker to operate multiple machines.
