Abstract:
A fully-automatic peanut seed reserving and shelling robot and method, the fully-automatic peanut seed reserving and shelling robot comprising a processing mechanism, a feeding mechanism and a screening mechanism. The processing mechanism comprises an aluminum profile support frame (62), a rack assembly, a conveyor belt device, a conversion device, a sensor device and a stop device; the aluminum profile support frame (62) is fixedly connected to the rack assembly; the rack assembly comprises a first rack assembly, a second rack assembly and a third rack assembly; the aluminum profile support frame (62) is fixedly connected to the conveyor belt device; the conveyor belt device comprises a first conveyor belt assembly, a second conveyor belt assembly and a third conveyor belt assembly; and the conveyor belt device is fixedly connected to the conversion device.
