Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully automatic tree-felling integrated machine, comprising a cabinet frame assembly (1), a controller (10), a round branch-cutting cutter assembly (2), log clamp assemblies (4, 7) and a log driver assembly (6), and further comprising chainsaw assemblies, one of which is a branch-cutting chainsaw assembly (3) capable of rotating around the round branch-cutting cutter assembly (2) within a range of at least 90 degrees and capable of rotating upwards or downwards and rotating towards the left or right, respectively, relative to a radial direction and an axial direction of the round branch-cutting cutter assembly (2), and the other two of which are logging chainsaw assemblies (5, 8) arranged perpendicular to the axes of the log clamp assemblies (4, 7) and capable of rotating horizontally relative to the axial direction. The round branch-cutting cutter assembly (2), the log clamp assemblies (4, 7) and the log driver assembly (6) can all be opened and closed on the same side. The fully automatic tree-felling integrated machine is capable of cutting both ordinary trees and trees with bent, crooked trunks, and is highly applicable. The machine can realize the integrated operations of branch cutting, tree felling and pollarding and can be used together with other mechanisms and apparatuses. The machine can be automatically operated and controlled by means of a controller and a remote control apparatus.
