Description:
FUNCTIONAL TEXTILE PRODUCT APPLICATION THAT IMPROVES BLOOD

CIRCULATION

TECHNICAL FIELD

This invention, especially in the health, engineering and technology fields, is related to functional textile products application that improve blood circulation by reflecting the FIR (far infrared region) (F) energy which radiating from the body to the external environment back to the body at where the garment touches the body.

PRIOR ART Human beings are in a continuous process of development in order to meet their various needs since the day they were on earth. One of the basic needs in this development process is health. From the first moment of birth, a person strives to protect his health and stay healthy throughout his life. In this sense, it struggles with various diseases thanks to various methods (medicine, etc. branches of science). In this sense, the human body can develop defences against external threats within the framework of its own immune system. In this sense, an energy called FIR (far infrared region, far infrared region) has been determined to increase blood circulation in the human body. The wavelength of this energy is approximately 3-30 microns and the frequency is between 1014-1013 Hz. According to research, FIR (far infrared region, far infrared region) energy emitting devices have been developed to improve blood circulation in the human body (1). Within the scope of this study, it was stated that special devices that touch or do not touch the body surface were developed and the FIR energy produced by the device was applied to the selected areas, and blood circulation increased to these areas. It has been claimed that there is a decrease in pain due to the improvement of blood circulation. An energy source is needed to implement this method.

In another study, with the aim of using the FIR energy emitted from the human body without an energy source, a special fiber was produced by placing active molecules into the fibers drawn with the polymer (2). Functional clothes that improve blood circulation were produced with yarns and fabrics produced by mixing these fibers in certain proportions. It is stated that the functional fibers produced in this way are only polyester and that they should be mixed with other fibers.

When the previous techniques are examined, it is clear that the first study requires an energy source, the FIR region produced by this energy source must be controlled, and adjustment must be made with some sensitive devices. It is clear that for FIR application performed outside the human body, the person must enter the device and wait here. For devices working on the body, it is thought to limit normal living conditions. The study contains inadequacies in these aspects.

The second study, on the other hand, is a simpler study than the first study, which does not require an energy source, but aims to use only FIR energy emitted by the human body. The deficiency of this study is that it has been claimed that the thermoactive molecules added in the polyester fiber in the form of polymer melt will reflect the energy emitted from the body. This statement is considered scientifically insufficient. FIR energy entering the fiber will lose its energy until it reaches thermoactive molecules (there will be changes in wavelength and frequency) and will not have enough energy for return.

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

The present invention eliminates the disadvantages described in the prior art and meets the needs. The present invention, especially in the health, engineering and technology fields, is related to functional textile products application that improve blood circulation by reflecting the FIR (far infrared region) (F) energy which radiating from the body to the external environment back to the body

In the present invention, it is aimed to energize and support the flow of blood fluid by reflecting the FIR energy emitted from the human body back to the body with the clothing worn to improve blood circulation. For this purpose, it is aimed to create active centers directly on the surface of the fiber and reflect it directly back to the body, considering that the active molecules added to the fiber previously made will be insufficient.

In the present invention, it includes the infusion of all fibers (cotton, polyester, polyamide, wool, silk and regenerated) that make up the textile surface (woven, fabric, knitted fabric and nonwoven) with the developed technique. The originality of the study is that with this method applied to the outermost surface of the fibers for the first time, the FIR energy emitted from the body is reflected back to the body with higher efficiency.

In the present invention, Si02, Al, Ag and Ti02 were added to the fiber, yarn and fabric surface with the special grafting technique. The energy emitted from the body is reflected directly from the surface of the body without any change in the same wavelength and frequency without entering into the fibers produced by this method. This is essentially the statement OBR "Original Back Reflection".

Grafting of active molecules on the outer surface instead of inside the fiber by polymerization is a method that resistant to the washing process.

GRAFTING TECHNIQUE

Molecules that will activate on the surface are attached to the fibers with a special polymerization technique. After the application, SI02, Al, Ag, Ti02, which are on the surface of the fiber and will do the job of reflecting the FIR energy coming from the body, become permanent at the point where it is located, and functional clothes are durable during use and are resistant to washing afterwards. Thanks to the invention, functional textile products that support the blood circulation that will emerge, and the advantageous aspects in terms of health, which are listed below, are obtained by the renewal and blood supply of the circulation in the areas in contact with the body.

Reduced pain and cramping in joints and muscles Reduced feeling cold Getting rid of burn in joints and muscles

Swelling / edema reduction Foot odor removal Relief in syndromes such as bruising, cramping, pain, tingling, restless legs due to varicose problems (without pressure or compression)

Decrease in problems such as wound, redness, swelling, loss of sensation and numbness as diabetic foot problems

DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION This invention is a functional textile product application that improves blood circulation on the body surface it comes into contact with, it is the infusion of active molecules on the outer surface of the fiber (L) by polymerization (A).

In the present invention, the application can be made on fiber, yarn, fabric and directly finished textile products (socks, knee pads, tights, athletes, hats, forehead bands, corsets, etc.).

Thanks to the functional textile product obtained in the present invention, the FIR (F) energy emitted from the body surface to the external environment is reflected back to the body in the area where it is worn. (The wavelength of this energy emitted from the body is approximately 3-30 microns and the frequency is between 1014 and 1013 Flz. An average human body produces approximately 100-Watt FIR energy when the outdoor temperature is 23C °.

With the developed functional clothes, the energy of the blood fluid increases with the energy reflected on the body and circulation-supporting properties are obtained.

Si02, Al, Ag, Ti02 molecules, which will show activity against FIR energy on the fiber surface, are used as crosslinking auxiliary chemicals called cross-linking (binding to the fiber surface on one side and Si02, Al, Ag, Ti02 molecules on the other) to textile fibers. With this technique, a homogeneous mixture is made with the crosslinker with the active molecules bound to the fiber surface, and then, after the application on the textile surface, a thermal process for polymerization is performed. In this way, the permanence of the active molecules fixed on the fiber surface and their resistance to washing processes are provided.

The main application areas of the invention can be listed as follows;

• All kinds of woven textile surfaces

• All kinds of knitted textile surfaces

• All kinds of non-woven textile surfaces · Real and artificial leather surfaces

• Clothes used for the purpose of dressing

• Home Textiles used for home decoration purposes

• Medical Textiles used for medical purposes Surfaces used in products such as shoes and slippers
