Abstract:
Provided is a game system capable of causing a game machine separate from a game unit to function as a station unit added to the game unit. A game system (1) is connected by way of a network (NT) to a first game unit (3A), and to a game machine (4) serving as a game device separate from the first game unit (3A). Further, if a request is issued from the game machine (4), which is situated in a facility (SA) in such a way as to be used by a plurality of users, to play on the first game unit (3A), the game system (1) causes a center unit (CN) of the first game unit (3A) to provide a roulette game for the game machine (4), and provides the game machine (4) with progress information relating to the progress of the roulette game in such a way that the roulette game play is implemented by the game machine (4) separately from a plurality of station units (ST) of the first game unit (3A).
