Abstract:
The present invention relates to a crane monitoring system and, more specifically, to a gantry crane real-time monitoring system for providing real-time monitoring information regarding phenomena related to operations and abnormal operations of a gantry crane installed in a container port. More detailed pieces of information regarding crane operations are necessary to monitor gantry cranes which have become bulkier, and which provide various functions, thereby managing safety thereof. A gantry crane real-time monitoring system according to the present invention (a) provides a monitoring system wherein sensors are constructed in view of gantry crane malfunction types and major operating means, and information obtained from respective sensors is used to monitor whether facilities are normal or not, and operating performance thereof, thereby providing real-time monitoring information. The gantry crane real-time monitoring system according to the present invention seeks to provide a prevention/preservation system wherein information necessary to upgrade, replace, clean, repair, or otherwise maintain respective facilities of the gantry crane with reference to big data information obtained by analyzing gantry crane malfunction types and learning information generated from gantry crane monitoring information, thereby preserving the system before gantry crane malfunctions occur.
