Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a gas blowout nozzle in which a flow velocity of a gas blown out from a gas blowout surface is uniform along a longitudinal direction. A gas blowout nozzle according to the present invention includes a housing having a side surface facing a resin film as a gas blowout surface, a gas supply port through which a gas is supplied along a nozzle longitudinal direction, and one or more equalizing chambers which establishes communication from the gas supply port to the gas blowout surface. A surface located close to the gas blowout surface of at least one of the equalizing chambers is configured by a partition plate. On the top surface of the partition plate, a plurality of tubular bodies each including openings at both ends are arranged along the nozzle longitudinal direction such that an axial direction of each of the tubular bodies is orthogonal to the nozzle longitudinal direction. An angle θ between the partition plate and a wall surface of the tubular body located close to the gas supply port and rising from the partition plate is within a predetermined range. A surface of the tubular body that is in contact with the partition plate is provided with a gas flow hole as a hole penetrating the tubular body including the partition plate.
