[Problem] To provide: a gas discharging structure that has a high aperture ratio for efficiently and easily discharging gas from a cavity, that is an integrated structure for which assembly, positioning and other work are not required, that is a structure having reinforcement bars capable of withstanding a molding pressure, and that has a linear and stepless gas discharge passage; and an injection mold using the same. [Solution] A plurality of unit sheets 2 are stacked together with the directions of rectangular grooves 4 and projecting portions 5 aligned and with peak flat surfaces 7 of the projecting portions 5 in contact with a flat surface 6 that is on the reverse side of a flat surface 3 on one side of each unit sheet 2. In said state, this gas discharging structure 1 formed from multiple rectangular holes 8 and reinforcement bars 4 is obtained by joining and integrating each flat surface 6 and the peak flat surfaces 7 of the projecting portions 5. This gas discharging structure 1 can be formed using five or more stacked layers, wherein each unit sheet has a thickness of 1 mm or less, each rectangular groove 4 has a depth of 0.03 mm or less, and the width/depth ratio that is the ratio of the width and depth thereof is 50 or more. Moreover, the distance between the rectangular grooves 4 is 1 mm or less, and the unprocessed sections at both ends thereof is 0.5 mm or more.
