Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a gas refining apparatus with which a product gas can be obtained at low cost and at high purity and high yield, and with which a product gas can be manufactured using several types of gases without changing an adsorbent. A gas refining apparatus (10) is provided with: a first discharge line (L3) which is connected to second adsorption towers (2a, 2b) and through which a first gas flows; a second discharge line (L4) which is connected to the second adsorption towers (2a, 2b) and through which a second gas flows; a regeneration line (L5) which is connected to first adsorption towers (1a, 1b) and through which a regenerating gas for regenerating a first adsorbent inside the first adsorption towers (1a, 1b) flows; and a pump (P) which is provided in the second discharge line (L4) and desorbs a second gas from a second adsorbent inside the second adsorption towers (2a, 2b), wherein the regeneration line (L5) is connected to each of the first discharge line (L3) and the second discharge line (L4).
