Abstract:
In order to easily ensure sealing performance, this gas seal structure 30 is provided with: a seal roll 40 that is disposed on a surface side on the opposite side of a surface of a drying chamber 11 on a partition wall 15 that divides the drying chamber 11 and that has an opening 16 through which a sheet-like member S passes; a feeding unit labyrinth seal 60 that is disposed at a position facing an outer circumferential surface 41 of the seal roll 40 and in a position through which the sheet-like member S that is fed from the opening 16 can pass between the feeding unit labyrinth seal 60 and the seal roll 40, the feeding unit labyrinth seal 60 having a plurality of space sections 67 that are arranged in the feeding direction of the sheet-like member S and that open on the seal roll 40 side; and an exhaust duct 22 that sets the inside of the drying chamber 11 to a negative pressure relative to the side where the seal roll 40 is disposed.
